To celebrate Spring and Mother's Day, we've created a white chocolate with umiboshi salt-pickled cherry blossom laying on a creamy bed of vibrant Sakura Leaf and delicate Fleur de Sel.
We're using Japanese Cherry blossoms, salt-pickled at origin with a gorgeous rich and deep and mellow and authentic cherry blossom flavour.
There are only a few of these very pretty and very tasty bars to spare, so please enjoy them while this very limited edition lasts.
Blossoms are edible and downright delicious treat for the senses. Stems too!
