Special Boulder for those who like their dark chocolate, well... dark and chocolatey!
 
4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our 70% Ecuadorian dark chocolate from Vincent, son of a son of a master fermenter.  We first worked with Vincent in 2012 and very pleased to finally bring his cacao to the UK!
 
We're celebrating the new season with Dorset raspberry and strawberry pate-de-fruit, fresh-roasted Pecan and salted pretzels to create a robust and super chocolatey boulder studded with texture and flavour.
 
The chocolate is dark, robust, chocolatey with note of cream and butter and nut.. a rounded profile with no astringency or high notes.
 
 These boulders are  huge, but you don't mind.
