4x giant, vegan marshmallows enrobed with our intricate 54% Pineapple Fig Leaf dark chocolate, European Silver medallist 2023 chocolate, dashed with fresh roasted organic pecan, candied Sicilian Lemons and candied Sicilian Orange.
 
The base chocolate has been evolving in the workshop since 2020.  With lots of moving parts including fig leaf and pineapple, sugar and cocoa butter, along the usual roast and recipe variables, it took a while for us to decide which to release.  Sold out quickly and earning tremendous acclaim at the awards this year, we've remade the chocolate as soon as the Dorset fig leaves were ready to harvest.
 
On top of this base chocolate, already complex enough, we've paired nut and mellow yellow fruit.  Enjoy!
