125g Ecuadorian Nacional Camino Verde 70/0 - Drinking Chocolate
Here we offer a crumbled chocolate drink mix.
Camino Verde 70/0 contains no added cocoa butter. It's a dark chocolate drink and really delivers a deeply lovely chocolatey profile with myriad other notes in the background, depending partly on your choice of milk.
Add to a mug, melt with warm liquid and enjoy the restorative comforts warm or cold.
EASY HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE
1. Get your favourite CUP
2. Add a spoon or 2 of the crumbled mix, we aim for around 30g/1oz
3. Add about ¼ Cup of (slightly cooled down) boiled water
4. Stir the mixture into a paste for about 30 seconds
5. Fill the rest of the cup with your favourite WARM MILK (we like Soy Barista)
7. Stir, add a straw and minimarshmallows if you have and enjoy!
EASY COLD CHOCOLATE RECIPE
1. Get your favourite CUP
2. Add a spoon or 2 of the crumbled mix.
3. Add about ¼ Cup of (slightly cooled down) boiled water - just enough to cover or almost cover the chocolate crumbs.
4. Stir the mixture into a paste for about 30 seconds
5. Fill the rest of the cup with your favourite COLD MILK (we like Soy Barista)
7. Stir, add a straw and minimarshmallows if you have and enjoy!
