Grown close to Chuao, but not Chuao, this cacao offers a lot. 
 
Aroma of fruit, lemon, fresh pineapple. 
Tasting profile of apricot, peach, macadamia, physalis, yoghurt, butter, full cream, hint of quinine and light sugars.  Tropical wood, dried leaves and a pineapple note that pervades the whole melt. 
 
70+0... no added cocoa butter.
